Art with AI

I have recently been working with Midjourney to dive into the world of art through artificial intelligence. The following images were created by carefully selecting prompts and combining attributes from design styles, famous artists, and various keywords for lighting, color, material and detail.

Impulse Explorations

I created this poster series as an exploration into the feeling of impulse and haste in the design process. I wanted to illustrate the side of design that is fast and emotional where pieces are scraped together to put together a concept before you lose your train of thought in the pursuit of perfection. It's that initial burst of quick inspiration that we later polish refine, and align into the final product.

Creative Concentration Design System

The goal of the project was to abstract typography to explore the line between where we perceive a written word and when the eye can just focus on the letterform. The compositions feature select design concentrations at northeastern and utilize pacing techniques with image and color to create a dynamic and cohesive system.

Logo Collection

A snapshot of some of the logos and emblems I've put together for clients as well as some personal explorations.

Business Wire

Business Wire had just updated their logo and was looking for a new brand identity. They wanted to use their previous colors to create a new contemporary identity to refresh their look. The beams represent movement and direction while the dots represent Business Wire network and each yellow dot in the grid symbolizes the press release as it expands to the greater audience.

Office Almanac

While working at McGuffin Creative Group I was tasked with coming up with the client gift. The copy was created by one of the team’s copywriters and we worked together to come up with a futuristic office almanac. The book features classic office recipes and workplace phobias. You can also find your office spirit animal (decided by fate depending on what circle you scratch off). The notebook features a calendar guide for the best days to do things  such as "sport a hat to the office" or "Order Thai for lunch."

Scattered Seeds

This was a brief exploration of creating a new garden brand called Scattered Seeds. All images were shot and edited by me The concept for the brand was to show the scale of the seeds in relation to one another using and letting the lack of color highlight the texture and pattern of the seeds. I wanted to create pieces that were inspired by old-school Swiss advertisements.
